Each stage builds on the last: a Himalayan Kriya Yoga movement practice to awaken and clear the energy centres, followed by Dr. Plaha’s signature breathwork technique to release stuck energy, an inner alchemy dance to amplify heart energy through music and movement, and a closing guided meditation that brings deep energetic alignment.\nThe result is a state of inner stillness, elevated energy, and presence — without any prior yoga or meditation experience required.\nAbout Dr. Manish Plaha\nDr. Plaha is a practicing medical doctor with a specialist focus on holistic wellbeing.
