The event is the most significant platform in the region for hospitality and F&B decision-makers to connect, trade, and discover what’s next.\nKey highlights include the Salon Culinaire Bali — a prestigious international cooking competition — wine masterclasses by the Indonesia Sommelier Association, industry seminars, and networking opportunities spanning the full tourism and hospitality value chain.\nThe next edition of FHTB is expected in late April 2028 at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. Exact dates have not yet been officially announced. Based on previous editions, the event typically runs for three days.
