Held the day after Nyepi on Ngembak Geni, Omed-Omedan is a centuries-old tradition unique to Sesetan Village in Denpasar. Groups of young unmarried men and women are brought together in a joyful and chaotic ritual, encouraged to kiss and embrace while being doused with water by the crowd.
