Ingredients
- 500 grams beef
- 8 shallots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cm ginger
- 4 cm galangal
- one teaspoon of coriander seeds
- 3 chilies
- one tablespoon of tamarind
- one tablespoon of palm sugar
- 100 grams sweet soy sauce
- one teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of bouillon powder

How to Cook

Cut the beef into 3 cm cubes.

Place shallots, garlic, ginger, galangal, coriander seeds, chilies, tamarind. palm sugar, salt, and bouillon powder in a food processor and process into a paste.

Mix spices paste and sweet soy sauce. Marinate the beef with mixed spices pastes for 1 hour.
