Digelar oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Klungkung, festival ini merayakan warisan spiritual dan budaya salah satu pura laut paling sakral di Bali \u2014 sekaligus menampilkan seni lokal, kompetisi tradisional, dan kreativitas masyarakat kepada pengunjung dari seluruh pulau dan mancanegara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pura Goa Lawah \u2014 yang berarti &#8220;gua kelelawar&#8221; \u2014 adalah salah satu dari enam pura penjuru <em>Sad Kahyangan<\/em> di Bali, sebuah kawasan pesisir yang dramatis di mana mulut gua dihuni ribuan kelelawar suci menghadap Laut Bali dari atas tebing karang. Festival ini memanfaatkan latar yang luar biasa ini untuk merayakan makna spiritual pura sekaligus kekayaan budaya hidup Kabupaten Klungkung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sorotan festival mencakup <strong>Lomba Baleganjur Ngarap Se-Bali<\/strong> yang bergengsi \u2014 kompetisi perkusi ansambel seluruh Bali yang mengundang regu-regu dari penjuru pulau \u2014 serta pertunjukan tari dan seni tradisional, pameran ekonomi kreatif dan kerajinan lokal, stan kuliner, dan hiburan pop Bali. Festival ini termasuk dalam Kalender Acara Resmi Bali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pengunjung umum dipersilakan hadir. Pakaian sopan (sarung dan selendang) sangat dianjurkan saat memasuki area pura. Festival 2026 diperkirakan berlangsung akhir November, mengikuti pola tahun-tahun sebelumnya.
