Disko Afrika at Desa Kitsuné
Disko Afrika brings a night of Afrobeat and amapiano to Desa Kitsuné in Canggu on Saturday 15 August 2026, with music from 7:30 PM. It is a monthly celebration of African dance sounds, and this edition lands at one of the island’s most design-forward venues.
The night is built around Afrobeat, amapiano and African-inspired house, led by DJ Mike Steva, known for weaving soulful grooves and bold energy between house and amapiano. Expect a warm, groove-driven dancefloor rather than a big-room EDM night.
Desa Kitsuné is the Bali outpost of Maison Kitsuné, the French music-and-fashion label, and it feels different from the beach clubs — a garden-and-restaurant compound on Jl. Munduk Catu with a considered, grown-up crowd. It sits in the quieter northern reaches of Canggu, an easy scooter or taxi ride from Berawa and Batu Bolong.
Doors and music start early by Bali standards, at 7:30 PM, so it works as a full evening — arrive for dinner and stay for the dancefloor. Getting there and back is simple with ride-hailing apps, which run late in this part of Canggu.
Dress smart-casual to match the venue’s style, and come earlier rather than later if you want the relaxed stretch of the night before the floor fills up. Table bookings and guestlist are available through the venue’s own channels.
