FHTB (Food, Hotel & Tourism Bali) is Indonesia’s premier international trade fair for the food, beverage, hospitality, and tourism industries, held biennially at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) in even-numbered years.

Now in its 14th edition (2026), FHTB gathers hundreds of exhibitors from across Southeast Asia and beyond to showcase premium food and beverages, professional food service equipment, hospitality supplies, coffee, wine and spirits, sustainable packaging, and retail innovations. The event is the most significant platform in the region for hospitality and F&B decision-makers to connect, trade, and discover what’s next.

Key highlights include the Salon Culinaire Bali — a prestigious international cooking competition — wine masterclasses by the Indonesia Sommelier Association, industry seminars, and networking opportunities spanning the full tourism and hospitality value chain.

The next edition of FHTB is expected in late April 2028 at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. Exact dates have not yet been officially announced.
