The Singapore original earned a Michelin star under Chef Andrew Walsh, and this Bali outpost carries the same ethos: European culinary foundations executed with precision and Asian sensibility.The menu is built around sharing — premium seafood, aged meats, and seasonal ingredients prepared over fire and with classical technique. Expect dishes that feel simultaneously refined and relaxed, fitting for the beachfront setting. The experience is intimate and unhurried, designed for a long evening rather than a quick meal.Adjacent to the main dining room is Bar Nua, a cocktail bar that pairs inventive drinks with the same attention to detail found in the kitchen.
