Denis Sulta at Savaya Bali
Denis Sulta at Savaya Bali
Glasgow’s Denis Sulta plays Savaya Bali on Sunday 2 August 2026, bringing one of the most recognisable names in British club music to the Uluwatu clifftop.
Born Hector Barbour, Sulta came up through a weekend job at Glasgow record shop Rubadub before dropping out of university to chase music full time. He founded the Sulta Selects label in 2017, has taken his parties from Berghain to Beijing, won DJ Mag’s Best of British ‘Best DJ’ award and held a BBC Radio 1 Residency. His sets are known for range rather than a single lane — as he has put it himself, he only believes in two genres, good and bad.
Doors open at 1:00 PM and a run of DJs plays through the afternoon before the headline set, so there is a full day here rather than a late-night cameo. Savaya sits on the cliff edge at Pecatu and the room is built around the sunset over the Indian Ocean, which is why the venue starts early.
The event is strictly 21+ and valid photo ID is required at the door. Capacity is limited to ticket holders and table reservations only, so this is not somewhere to turn up on spec.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be upgraded to a sofa once you are on site — if you want a table, arrange it in advance.
