Indonesia Rendezvous is Indonesia’s premier annual gathering for the insurance and reinsurance industry — an event that draws insurance executives, underwriters, reinsurers, brokers, regulators, and industry partners from across Indonesia and the international market to Nusa Dua, Bali. Organised by AAUI (Asosiasi Asuransi Umum Indonesia — the General Insurance Association of Indonesia), the event is the most significant calendar fixture in the region for professionals in the Indonesian insurance sector.
The format combines a main conference programme with panel sessions, keynote speakers, bilateral meetings, and an exhibition floor that brings together underwriters, liveaboard operators — in the broader sense, insurance products — and a hospitality suite setup that facilitates deal-making in a relaxed resort setting. The event typically draws around 1,500 participants over two to three days, with delegations from Lloyd’s of London, Asian reinsurance markets, international brokerage houses, and domestic Indonesian insurers.
Indonesia Rendezvous has been held annually since the 1990s, with Nusa Dua as the established venue. The Bali International Convention Centre (BICC) and The Westin Resort Nusa Dua serve as the primary facilities, offering conference infrastructure and direct beachfront access that gives the event its distinctive combination of serious business and exceptional setting.
The 2026 edition will be the 30th Indonesia Rendezvous. Dates for 2026 have not yet been officially announced — the event typically takes place in mid-October. Based on previous years, expect a Wednesday-to-Friday programme in the second or third week of October.
