Terraced Stone Walls of Nusa Penida, Bali

An interesting and mysterious feature on the island are the terraced stone walls. Entire hillsides have been terraced from top to bottom using ther local limestone. When asking the locals they say the ancestors of the island built them over hundreds of years.
