Ingredients
- 500 Grams Chicken Thighs
- 7 Cloves of Shallots
- 4 Cloves garlic
- 7 Pieces of Thai Chilli
- 3 Pieces of red chili
- 1 Piece Tomato
- 2 Cm of Turmeric
- 1 Cm of Ginger
- 4 Candlenuts
- 3 Lemongrass
- 3 Pieces of Salam Leaves
- 3 Pieces of kaffir lime leaves
- 1 Lime
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoons of flavoring
- 1 Bunch of Thai basilĀ
- 3 tables spoons of cooking oil
- 300 ml Water
How to Cook

Clean the chicken and cut it into small pieces then marinate with lime juice.

Place onion, garlic, candlenut, ginger, turmeric, red chili, and Thai chili in a food processor and process into a paste. Smash lemongrass and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Heat the cooking oil, then add the mashed spices, bay leaf, lemon grass, lime leaves and tomatoes, and stir until fragrant.

Add the chicken that has been soaked with lime, then add salt and flavorings and stir.

Add water to the chicken, and cook until the chicken is well done cooked.

After 35 minutes add the basil and cook for 7 minutes more.
