Ingredients
- 200 grams of egg noodles
- 10 raw tapioca crackers
- 2 hot dogs, slice
- 2 pcs meatballs, slice
- 1 egg
- 4 shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 cm aromatic ginger
- 5 chilies
- 3 big red chilies
- half teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of bouillon powder
- one teaspoon of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 300 ml of water
Preparing the spices

Place shallots, garlic, aromatic ginger, chilies, big red chilies in a food processor and process into a paste.

Heat cooking oil in the wok and add the spices paste. Stir for 5 minutes.

Add water, egg and stir.

Add egg noodles, raw tapioca crackers, sliced hot dogs and sliced meatballs. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Mie Seblak is ready to serve.
You can add more chili for the spiciness and salt for the flavor.
