Babi Kecap

This recipes is easy to make and only use garlic, ginger and star anise for the spices.

Ingredients
- 500 gram pork belly
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 2 cm ginger
- half teaspoon of white pepper
- half teaspoon of salt
- one teaspoon of bouillon
- one teaspoon of oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 75 ml sweet soy sauce
- 1 star anise
- 100 ml water
- 5 tablespoon of cooking oil.
How to Cook

Slice the pork belly.

Chop the garlic and ginger.

Heat cooking oil in the wok, add garlic, ginger, star anise and stir for 2 minutes.

Add pork belly and water. cook for 10 minutes.

Add salt, white pepper powder, bouillon powder, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sweet soy sauce. Stir and cook for 30 minutes.

Babi Kecap is ready to serve with rice and fried shallot as a garnish.
