Kwetiau Goreng

Ingredients
- 1 package of kwetiau
- 2 eggs
- 4 shallots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- half teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 4 teaspoon sweet soy sauce.
- 500 ml water
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
How to Cook

Boil the water and cook the kwetiau for 4-5 minutes then drain.

Chop the garlic and shallots.

Heat the coocking oil and scramble an egg in the pan.

Add mixed spices and stir until fragrant.

Add cooked kwetiau, salt, soy sauce, black pepper, sesame oil, oyter sauce, and sweet soy sauce.

Stir for 7 minutes and kwetiau goreng is ready to serve.
