Rujak Bulung

This dish is originally from Bali and it contains a lot of collagen from the seaweed or sea grapes which is good for skin health.

  • 250 grams sea grapes
  • 50 grams shredded coconut
  • 100 ml tuna stock
  • half teaspoon of shrimp paste
  • half teaspoon of salt
  • a teaspoon bouillon
  • one chilli
  • 1 cm galangal
  • 1 lime

How to Cook


Pound galangal, chili, shrimp paste with mortar and pestle.


Mix sea grapes, shredded coconuts, salt, bouillon, and spices paste.


Add tuna stock and mix.


For final touch add lime juice.


Rujak Bulung is ready to serve.

Make sure that you wash the sea grapes until clean and no sand.
