Plecing Kangkung

Ingredients
- Bunch of Kangkung
- 75-gram soybean sprout
- 1 tomato
- 3 chilies
- half teaspoon of shrimp paste
- a pinch of salt
- 2 pinches of bouillon
- 1 lime
- 50-gram peanuts
- 500-liter water
How to Cook

Clean kangkung and soybean sprout, discard any tough stems.

Boil the water, add kangkung and soybean sprout, boil till soft.

Drain kangkung and soybean sprout. refresh them in cold water then drain again.

Grill the shrimp paste.

Sambal : Pound chillies, tomato, shrimp paste, salt, bouillonĀ with mortar and pestle into a paste.

Place kangkung on the plate, add the sambal and peanuts as final touch.

Plecing kangkung is ready to serve.
