Nasi Uduk
This is a recipe using a rice cooker to cook and if you don’t have a rice cooker you can use a saucepan to cook the rice with low heat.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of rice
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 lemongrass
- 3 pandan leaves
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 35 ml coconut milk
- 5 cups of water
Preparing the spices

Wash and rinse the rice.

Add all the ingredients into rice cooker and cook in rice cooker.
After the rice is cooked Nasi Uduk is ready to serve with sambal and any kind of protein, sauteed veggies and fried shallots as a garnish.
