Sambal Bajak
This side dish is Javanese sambal and sweeter than the normal sambal. It is best to serve with ayam goreng or ikan goreng.

Ingredients
- 7 Chilies
- 3 Tomatoes
- one teaspoon of shrimp paste
- 5 shallots
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 2 pinch of salt
- 5 teaspoon of palm sugar
- 20 ml cooking oil
How to Cook

Place chilies, tomatoes, shrimp paste, shallots, garlic, salt, palm sugar in a food processor and process into a paste.

Heat cooking oil in the pan and add spices paste.
