Simple Nasi Goreng

Indonesia has many kinds of Nasi Goreng, this recipe is a simple recipe and easy to make at home and not spicy.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Shallots
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Bouillon1 Teaspoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 500 Grams Cooked Rice
  • 5 tablespoons of cooking oil

How to Cook

Heat oil and fry 1 sunny side egg and sprinkle salt on it. Save it for the topping.

Pound the garlic, shallot, and white pepper mortar and pestle.

Scramble an egg in the pan

After the egg is cooked, add the spices that have been pounded (garlic, onion, pepper) until fragrant then add the rice and stir.

Add salt, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, bouillon  and sesame oil and mix well.

Finally add the sweet soy sauce and stir for 3-5 minutes.

Nasi Goreng is ready to serve with sunny side egg.

This recipes is for 2 person and best so serve with cucumber pickles.
